I treat my coworkers to The Compassionate Crumb once a month - we love the sticky buns and chocolate chip cookies, which are perfect for sharing in the office. They've also been a hit at potluck parties this summer. As was the pecan pie. That's all I've tried so far, but I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the menu, especially the apple crumble, and the cornetti (I'm a sucker for anything filled.) Everything we've had so far is rich and delicious - the cookies are the right amounts of chewy and chocolate, and well-sized, too. (One is enough, but....) The sticky buns...well, we're getting into indulgent territory; definitely a treat. I hear over and over surprise that all the ingredients are plant-based. The owner's passion for baking shows through - everything comes carefully prepared and packed, ready to serve from the box. I'm so glad to have them here, right in my neighborhood. So, of course, highly recommended.
